Care and Compassion
Dr. Lee is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP).
He graduated from Medicine at University of Otago in 2003. He worked at several hospitals in various medical areas. He then his passion lay, caring for patients through all stages of life and the various challenges in general medicine thus pursued a path in General Practice and obtained his Fellowship in General Practice throughout Australia, New Zealand. He has been working as a GP since 2007 and enjoys the wide range of challenges it brings.
During this time he completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Paediatrics, Obstetrics & Gynaecology and Sports Medicine at University of Auckland for additional sub specialties.
His expertise covers all areas of General Practice from children's health to geriatrics and everything in-between, with particular interest in dermatology and obtained Diploma in Dermatology from Australian institute of Dermatology, Postgraduate Certificate in Skin Cancer Medicine at University of Queensland , and Diploma in Dermoscopy at HealthCert and Certificate in Aesthetic Medicine at American Academy of Aesthetic medicine. He is also a member of Australian Association of Musculoskeletal Medicine.
He aims to further develop his skills in mental health and he has been trained in Cognitive and Behaviour Therapy through General Practice Mental Health Standards Collaboration.
In 2018 Dr. Lee has established Prime Family Medical Centre at Ashwood with vision of patient centred medicine with continuity of care. It is his mission to provide quality and compassionate health care services to the community.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Lee is a father of two lovely girls and he is a Judoka (Judo player) and a most avid fan of Golf. In his spare time he enjoys activities with his family. Dr Lee also serves as a medical missionary team leader and delivers faith and health care.
